By using the Forum you agree to all the terms and conditions stated below. Any violation of these terms and conditions is grounds for the deletion of your post(s) and/or account. Global Academic Evaluators reserves the right to edit, delete, move, or screen any content posted on the Forum.

These Terms of Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions or your actual state or country of residence. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Terms of Service to be unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Global Academic Evaluators.

By using the Forum you understand that you may come into contact with content that you find offensive, threatening, or harmful and that you shall not hold Global Academic Evaluators liable for any content posted by third parties.

Global Academic Evaluators and its moderators reserve the right to do whatever they deem necessary to uphold these terms and conditions including, but not limited to the deletion of any post or account without reason.

Offensive Content

Any content that Global Academic Evaluators deems offensive, defamatory, pornographic, threatening, harmful, or racist is prohibited. Posting offensive content may lead to the deletion of your post(s) and/or account.

Privacy

Please do not give out any personal information such as phone number, postal address, zip code, last name, or anything you do not wish others to know. If you choose to ignore this request, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences. First Name, Age, Gender, Location, Website, Company, and Birthday are all optional upon registration. Only email address, username, and password are required.

When uploading documents to the Forum make sure you remove any personal information including, but not limited to, name, date of birth, ID number, contact information, etc.

Solicitation

Solicitation is prohibited. All links that are posted on the Forum must be relevant to the discussion.

Copyrighted Material

Please don't post copyrighted material without permission. You may refer to an article from another site only if you include a link to it. You may not post full articles on the Forum.

Relevance

Please only post on the relevant topic. If you would like to discuss a different topic, please start a new topic thread. It is your responsibility to review previous Forum posts to avoid reposting redundant questions or information.
